Yoga Retreat: From Thessaloniki to the Seychelles
SHARE THIS POST
Yoga has become a popular way to release tension and manage stress — and for good reason. The past few months have certainly brought more than their share of both.
That’s exactly what Marietta Sarigiannidou thought during her stay at Papageorgiou Hospital in Thessaloniki. It was in that moment of stillness and reflection that the idea was born.
Together with her collaborator, Anna Zorzou, a dedicated yoga teacher, she formed a group that is now, quite literally, on the other side of the world, hosting a Yoga Retreat in the Seychelles.

The vision? To release built-up stress and emotional weight, and to reignite a passion for life through the healing practices of yoga and meditation. Each retreat is an invitation to exhale, reset, and return to yourself.
Let me know if you'd like to turn this into a retreat series article or social media feature.
