The Arctic Awakening Retreat | Oslo & Svalbard
Under the Northern Lights. From the vibrant heart of Oslo to the silent white majesty of Svalbard.
Overview
From the vibrant heart of Oslo to the silent white majesty of Svalbard, this MYND Retreat is a journey of awakening — where luxury meets the raw power of nature. Begin your transformation in Oslo’s serene fjords and floating saunas, where stillness softens the mind and reconnects you with your inner rhythm. Then, journey north to Svalbard — a land of polar nights, endless snow, and the ethereal dance of the Northern Lights. Guided by Breathwork, movement, music and curated Arctic experiences, you’ll rediscover clarity, balance, and awe at the edge of the world. ✨ This is a super private retreat created exclusively for the MYND Family, with only 10 spots available. A once-in-a-lifetime journey — intimate, transformative, and illuminated by the soul of the Arctic.

“With every breath, I grow.” 🌬️Through SOMA Breath, I continue to deepen my practice, refine my purpose, and expand into new levels of awareness. Each retreat is a sacred initiation — a bridge between body, mind, and spirit.
Science, including research from Cambridge University, now confirms what ancient wisdom taught: breathwork can calm the nervous system, balance hormones, strengthen immunity, and restore harmony within. 🌿
I’ve guided over 3,000 souls worldwide through transformational retreats that awaken freedom and inner power. With expertise in breathwork, guided visualization, and ecstatic dance, I create safe spaces for deep release and renewal.
Having journeyed to Iceland more than 20 times, the North feels like home — a place where silence transforms and the soul expands.I’ll be your dedicated 24/7 host and guide, holding space for you to awaken your own transformation —from caterpillar to butterfly. 🦋
