07 💧 The Final Integration – The Well Spa, Oslo

01 Ride a Snowcat Aurora Safari across the untouched tundra

Your local guide will take you beyond the lights of town and into the vast, untouched Arctic night. The journey crosses the frozen Adventdalen (Advent Valley) — a landscape of silence and snow — with several scenic stops to watch the Northern Lights dance across the sky. You’ll travel in comfort inside a heated snowcat, gliding through the wilderness in warmth and safety. Still, we recommend dressing warmly so you can step outside at each stop and fully experience the awe of the Arctic sky. ✨

02 Embark on a Dog Sledding

Embark on a dog sledding adventure across Svalbard’s pristine white wilderness. Guided by a team of eager huskies, glide through silent valleys and frozen plains — a pure connection between nature, movement, and breath. Feel the rhythm of the Arctic as the only sound is the sled gliding over snow beneath the endless polar sky. 🐾❄️

03 Attend Christmas service at Svalbard Church – the world’s northernmost chapel

Attend a Christmas service at Svalbard Church — the world’s northernmost chapel, where candlelight and hymns fill the polar night. A moment of stillness and unity shared by locals and travelers alike, surrounded by the silence of the Arctic. 🕯️ Celebrate Christmas Eve and Christmas Day in Svalbard with gourmet Arctic menus, warmth, and wonder

04 🏙️ Oslo – The Prelude of Light

The journey begins in Norway’s capital, where city lights meet winter wonder. Discover the Spikersuppa Christmas Market – a fairytale of lights, music, and mulled wine (gløgg) Wander Karl Johans Gate, Aker Brygge, and Tjuvholmen for local design, art, and holiday shopping Visit Holmenkollen Ski Jump and enjoy hot cocoa with panoramic fjord views Reconnect in floating fjord saunas – the local ritual of contrast, heat, and cold

05 🏔️ Svalbard – The Arctic Awakening

Experience three nights beneath the polar night sky — a rare and breathtaking phenomenon Witness the Northern Lights like never before, shimmering across the Arctic silence

06 🕉️ Daily MYND Practices

Every morning begins with 1 hour of guided breathwork, chanting, and intuitive movement, led by Marietta Sarigiannidou — designed to energize, expand, and awaken presence. Evenings feature grounding rituals, reflection, and optional ecstatic dance to embody the day’s energy.

07 💧 The Final Integration – The Well Spa, Oslo

Return to Oslo for one final evening of rejuvenation at The Well Spa, a sanctuary of heat, water, and stillness just outside the city. Relax in thermal pools, saunas, and steam rituals as your journey completes in deep renewal and peace.
