From Rio’s Rhythm to Iguazu’s Roar A transformative journey through Rio de Janeiro, the Brazilian & Argentine sides of Iguazu Falls
FAQ

Begin the year with curiosity and connection and join clinical psychologist and author Yiannis Athanasopoulos for “EMEIS” | 4–15 January 2027, a journey through Brazil and Argentina.

Spend five nights at Pestana Rio Atlântica on Copacabana Beach, followed by four at La Aldea de la Selva Lodge, surrounded by rainforest in Puerto Iguazú. Discover Rio’s vibrant neighbourhoods, Christ the Redeemer and Sugarloaf Mountain before exploring Iguazú Falls from both the Brazilian and Argentine sides. Guided sessions combine psychology, theatre, storytelling and creative expression, creating space to explore your personal story and connect with the people beside you. Between ocean views, rainforest walks and shared moments of discovery, EMEIS, Greek for “we,” invites you to experience the journey together.

“We discover more of ourselves when we make space for one another.”
