MEDIA RIGHTS & TESTIMONIAL CONSENT

As a condition of participation, you acknowledge and agree that:

The Company and its affiliates retain full, unrestricted, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free rights to capture, use, reproduce, modify, publish, license, and distribute any and all content in which you appear or contribute during the retreat, including but not limited to:

• Photographs and video footage taken during the retreat

• Voice or audio recordings

• Written or oral testimonials, feedback, or messages you voluntarily provide during or after the retreat

This media may be used for promotional, advertising, educational, editorial, or commercial purposes, in any format or platform (digital, print, social media, website, broadcast, third-party publication), now known or later developed.

You waive all rights to compensation, royalties, inspection, or approval of such materials, and fully release the Company from any claims related to the use of such content.

This license is irrevocable, transferable, assignable, and valid in perpetuity.
